When I finally decided to try Keto January 2019, it quickly became my lifestyle. I started out with an accountability partner for 31 days, which made consistency easier than doing it solo. We intentionally decided to have a cheat meal after 31 days, and was not a fan. That’s how I knew Keto was the right lifestyle for me. I don’t feel constricted because there are so many options where I can eat some form of my favorite foods (like Keto lasagna or tacos). I have more energy, clearer skin, have lost inches, and ultimately increased my self confidence. I feel in control with food and in tune with my body.
While my journey isn’t perfect, I am constantly learning how to improve and share with you all! I aim to have a balanced healthy lifestyle without jeopardizing a social life. Because it is possible to have the best of both worlds 🙂
